Every role directly contributes to this vision, and as our Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be at the heart of the team driving mission-critical features forward. This is a fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
You will own the delivery plan from roadmap to release across a complex technical ecosystem (.NET/Angular Web/API, iOS, Identity/OIDC).
- Planning & Cadence: Build week-by-week milestones, map dependencies, and maintain the critical path. Facilitate planning, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies; ensure status reports are crisp and risk-based.
- Release Management: Define and enforce release criteria, coordinate flags/rollbacks, verify in-prod health via dashboards, and ensure reversible changes.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain alignment with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Customer Success, and external vendors/agencies on the same plan and dates.
- Risk & Change Control: Maintain a RAID log, highlight trade-offs early, drive decision records, and manage scope/time/resource options.
- Vendor Management: Set milestones/SLAs with external agencies and integrate their artifacts into the overall release train.
What Will Make You Successful
- Experience: 3–5 years managing tech delivery (projects/programs) with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Background: Strong foundational knowledge of Software Engineering and expertise with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in how B2B web apps are built.
- Agile Proficiency: Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to tailor processes pragmatically.
- Execution: Solid planning and execution skills covering roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, and change control.
- Tools: Proficient with Jira/Confluence and comfortable with modern software lifecycle basics like GitHub Actions and feature flagging tools like LaunchDarkly.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, providing concise updates and executive-ready reports.
- Language: Minimum English C1.
