Conexus Credit Union is seeking a dynamic team player to join our team as a temporary Associate Business Advisor in Moose Jaw, SK. You will work closely with our expert team of Business Advisors to provide our members with sound, holistic financial advice, improving their financial well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong, trusted working relationships with our members and partners.

Your Time & Key Responsibilities

• Business Support: Support our Agriculture or Commercial Business Advisors in building trusting relationships and meeting the needs of our valued business members.
• Daily Operations: Complete daily transactions efficiently for our members.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively review member portfolios to spot possible financial opportunities.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison between our members and a variety of third-party service providers.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers and partners to ensure a seamless member experience.

Your Experience and Assets

• Communication: Confidence in leading holistic financial wellness conversations.
• Needs Assessment: Demonstrated ability to effectively uncover member needs.
• Collaboration: Successful experience in team collaboration.
• Acumen: Strong business acumen.
• Sector Experience (Asset): Specific experience in commercial, small business, or agriculture is considered a strong asset.
• Leadership (Asset): Informal or formal leadership experience is an asset.
