Web Design Project Manager (Remote)

Our client, a premier Webflow design and development agency, is seeking a skilled Website Project Manager to oversee web-related projects. This is a crucial full-time, remote, client-facing role where you will manage the design and launch of cutting-edge websites and partner with clients on their ongoing maintenance and optimization. The role requires fluent English and a highly professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Partner with clients to execute creative and technical website projects from initiation to completion.
• Timeline Management: Develop comprehensive project timelines and oversee internal creative and development staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Client Relationship: Manage all client communications, including emails and presentations, establishing strong, lasting relationships.
• Budget & Scope: Track budgets, organize project information, and effectively scope and execute tasks.
• Briefing: Ability to translate abstract client requests into detailed, actionable briefs for designers and developers.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of agency experience managing web design and development projects.
• Core Skills: Proficient in account and project management.
• Delivery: Consistent delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a high degree of personal integrity and ownership.
• Strategy: Ability to apply strategic thinking to offer recommendations on website design and structure.
• Creative Familiarity: Familiarity with creative domains like UX design and website content strategy.

Nice to Haves

• Platform Experience: Experience with Webflow and Figma.
